- Final sale items: None — unless specifically stated on a product page.
Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be returned in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once received, we’ll inspect your item and notify you via email about your refund status. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Customer-paid shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Non-refundable shipping: Original delivery charges are not refundable. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from your refund.
If we made an error — for example, sending the wrong or damaged item — we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to support@getmovility.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@getmovility.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
