How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Most products can be returned within 30 days if they're not the right fit. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Some medical products may have restrictions for health and safety reasons.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. If the product is defective or we made an error, we'll cover return shipping. For other returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Are your products medical-grade?
Yes. We partner with McKesson, Cardinal Health, and Complete Medical—the same suppliers used by hospitals and clinics. Quality and safety are our top priorities.
