Your Communication Choices

We want to keep you informed about your orders, helpful product information, and special offers—only if you want them. You control what you receive and how often.

This page explains the types of messages we send and how to manage your preferences.

Types of Communications

Transactional Messages (Required)

Essential updates about your orders and account. These are necessary to provide our service.

Examples: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates, password resets, security alerts

Marketing Messages (Optional)

Promotions and helpful content. Opt in or out anytime.

Examples: Newsletters, recommendations, exclusive discounts, seasonal guides

Service Updates (Optional)

Important changes that may affect your experience. Recommended.

Examples: Policy changes, new features, accessibility updates

Surveys & Feedback (Optional)

Occasional requests that help us improve.

Examples: Post-purchase surveys, product reviews, satisfaction checks

Email Preferences

Option 1: Unsubscribe Link

Every marketing email includes an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom to instantly opt out.

Option 2: Account Settings

Log into your account and go to Settings → Email Preferences.

Option 3: Contact Us

Email unsubscribe@getmovility.com with your request.

SMS/Text Preferences

Option 1: Reply STOP

Reply STOP to any marketing text to unsubscribe immediately (you’ll get a confirmation).

Option 2: Reply HELP

Reply HELP for assistance or more info about our SMS program.

Option 3: Account Settings

Log into your account and go to Settings → SMS Preferences.

Message Frequency

Email

  • Marketing emails: Up to 2–3 per week (typically less)
  • Transactional emails: As needed based on your orders and account activity
  • Service updates: Occasional, only when important

SMS/Text

  • Marketing texts: Up to 4 per month (only if you opt in)
  • Order updates: As needed for shipping and delivery
  • Message & data rates may apply.

Processing Your Request

What to Expect

  • Immediate: Unsubscribe links and STOP replies apply instantly
  • Within 10 business days: Manual requests via email or account settings
  • Already in progress: You may receive 1–2 messages already queued

Want to Resubscribe?

Changed your mind? You can opt back in at any time:

SMS/Text

Text START to the number you previously unsubscribed from, or adjust Settings → SMS Preferences.

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never:

  • Sell or rent your email address or phone number to third parties
  • Send spam or irrelevant messages
  • Share your contact information without your consent
  • Continue sending marketing messages after you opt out
